Jeff Jagger gets caught with his pants down, then bends over backwards to avoid a ticket from Officer Romero. Romero takes the bribe. Next, John Atkins and Steve Sparks behave suspciously, the Officer Rockland collars Andrew Cole who cops a plea. Finally, officer Rockland conducts some in-depth interrogations.
