Miguel Iza Deza, born in Lima on January 6, 1968, is a prominent Peruvian actor and theater director with over 40 years of experience. Trained at the National Higher School of Dramatic Art (ENSAD) and the Lima Theater Club, he began his career in 1983 and made his film debut in the classic "The City and the Dogs" in 1985. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 50 theatrical productions and various television and film projects, including "Proof of Life" (2001) and the film "Caiga quien caiga". Known for his great versatility and activism, he is the father of actor Franco Iza Montoya, with whom he has shared stage projects.
