Nikos Tsoukas was born in Deskati, Grevena, in 1935. He studied at the Pelos Katseli Drama School. He made his debut in the theater in 1962, alongside Mimis Fotopoulos, with the play "Outside the Thieves". He then played with Elli Lampeti in the play "Our Little Town" and later collaborated with Katerina, Kostas Mousouris, Lambros Konstantaras, Jenny Karezi, Kostas Rigopoulos, Kakia Analyti, Sotiris Moustakas, Aliki Vougiouklaki and others.
